Online Store Policies

  • All sales are final/No Refunds
  • Exchanges are allowed if customer received wrong merchandise, color, size etc. please notify us via e-mail immediately upon receipt. (Up to 48 hrs.) No exeptions.
  • No cancellations once order is placed.
  • Discounts cannot be combined.
  • Discounts must be applied at the time of check out. 
  • Swimsuits, Adhesive Bra's and undergarments are not eligible for return or exchanges.
  • Damaged merchandise caused by the manufacturer can be returned for store credit. Please notify us via email within 72 hours upon receipt of merchandise. Please e-mail us a contact number, correct email address, include order# and photo of damaged item (damaged areas only) along with copy of invoice.
  • Returns must be approved via email prior to returning.
  • Gift cards and exchanges will be sent to name and address listed on the invoice. Per our policy.
  • Once returned item has been authorized (per our discretion) you will receive a email conformation to proceed with return as well as address to send return item.  Return address will be sent with email confirmation.  Customer is responsible for return mailing and shipping cost.  
  • Customer will receive  store credit for the amount of item returned in the form of a store credit (minus shipping fees & insurance if applicable) you will receive a gift card in the mail within 5-7 days. Only the address on invoice will be used . This address will be used for exchanges & gift cards  to be sent out. Delays may apply due to Covid.
  • Items will not be accepted with stains or tears. All tag/labels must still be on item in order to process return. (No Exceptions)
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking number is given. Please check with your local post office or shipping carrier.
  • Please be advised that since we are a boutique, we only receive a limited amount of merchandise and stock may not be readily available for exchange.
  • Due to Covid shipping may be delayed. Please allow 5-10 days depending on your location. 
  • We will make every effort to ensure that your package will arrive in a timely manner.
